booking, rescheduling, and managing client appointments.
- Lead Management and Pipeline Automation: Tools for managing leads, tracking

By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required.
- Ensure that any content or materials uploaded or provided to our Agency
comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on the rights of third parties.
- Obtain all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions required for the
content and data shared through our systems.
- Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and
third-party agreements.
- Clients are billed according to the pricing plans selected
at the start of the service.
- Payment is due in advance of each billing period and may be automatically
charged to your payment method.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of
services.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated explicitly in
your agreement with us.
Our Agency offers various subscription plans, each with
specific features and pricing structures:
- Basic Membership: Core features designed for small-scale use.
- Marketing Pro Membership: Includes advanced marketing tools and extended
support.
- Business Membership: Comprehensive tools for large-scale operations with
high-level customization options.
We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, features,
and pricing at our discretion. Clients will be notified of any significant
changes.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written
notice, subject to the following conditions:
- Client-Initiated Termination: Clients may terminate services at the end of
their current billing period by providing at least [30 days] notice.
- Agency-Initiated Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services
immediately if we determine that a client has violated these Terms or engaged
in unlawful or harmful activities.
Upon termination, access to our systems and services will be
discontinued, and any data provided by the client will be deleted, subject to
our data retention policies.
All materials, content, and software developed, provided, or
utilized by the Agency during the provision of services are the exclusive property
of the Agency. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use
these materials solely for the purposes outlined in the service agreement.
Clients shall not reproduce, modify, or distribute any materials without the
Agency’s written consent.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any
proprietary information, data, or materials disclosed during the provision of
services. This obligation shall survive the termination of the service
agreement.
Our Agency is committed to protecting your privacy and
handling your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For more
information, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect,
use, and protect client data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Agency shall not
be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
arising from the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of
such damages. Our total liability to the client shall not exceed the amount
paid for services in the preceding [12 months].
The client agrees to indemnify and hold the Agency harmless
from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the client’s use of our
services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and
Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
Continued use of our services after changes have been communicated constitutes
acceptance of the updated Terms.
